We provide software development, app design, and IT infrastructure services. Each project is subject to a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) which outlines specific deliverables and payment terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all software code, designs, and materials developed by us remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client as per the specific contract terms.
FULLSTACK CODING LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any software bugs, provided we have acted with professional due diligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
