This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which Fullstack Coding Ltd ("we", "us", "our") will consider refund requests in connection with our software development services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Fullstack Coding Ltd provides bespoke software development services. Because our work involves the investment of skilled professional time, resources, and intellectual effort from the moment a project commences, our refund policy reflects the custom nature of what we produce. Each project is scoped, planned, and built specifically for the individual client — it cannot be resold or repurposed.
A deposit (typically 50% of the agreed project fee) is required before work commences. This deposit covers the initial planning, scoping, architecture design, and early development work undertaken on your behalf.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel a project after paying a deposit but before work has started, we will consider a full or partial refund of the deposit at our discretion, provided you notify us in writing within 48 hours of payment.
If you choose to cancel a project after work has commenced:
We stand behind the quality of our work. If a deliverable does not substantially conform to the agreed specification as set out in your project proposal, we will:
Refunds based on defects will only be considered where:
No refund will be issued where a client's requirements change after work has commenced and the deliverables meet the original agreed specification. Changes in scope, preference, or business direction after project commencement are handled via our change request process, which may involve additional costs.
In the unlikely event that we cancel a project due to circumstances within our control (excluding force majeure), we will refund any fees paid that relate to work not yet completed. If cancellation is necessary due to your failure to fulfil client obligations (as described in our Terms of Service), standard cancellation terms apply.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control. In such cases, we will negotiate a fair resolution with you in good faith, which may include a revised timeline rather than a refund.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
Email: inf@fullstackcodingltd.online
Your request should include:
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed via BACS bank transfer to the account from which payment was originally made within 10 business days of approval. We do not issue refunds via any other method unless agreed in writing.
If you are a consumer (purchasing services for personal, non-business use), you may have additional statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This policy does not affect those rights. However, please note that the majority of our clients are businesses, and our services are primarily B2B in nature.
We always prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If you are unhappy with the outcome of a refund request, please escalate by writing to us at inf@fullstackcodingltd.online. If we are unable to reach a resolution, disputes are subject to the laws of England and Wales as set out in our Terms of Service.
