All software products, code, and documentation are delivered digitally via secure repositories (e.g., GitHub), cloud storage, or direct deployment to client servers.
Project milestones and final delivery dates are established in the initial Service Agreement. We strive to meet all deadlines, subject to timely feedback from the client.
Upon delivery, the client has a standard period (typically 7–14 days) to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Any bugs found during this period will be rectified at no additional cost.
Post-delivery support is provided according to the maintenance package selected by the client.
